Frequently asked questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. It has no time limit and needs no credit card. It covers up to 100 participants per event and 3 active events at once.
Do participants need an account or an app?
No. Participants open the link or scan the QR code in their browser. Participants never pay.
What happens when an event reaches the participant limit?
The next participant sees that the event is full and you get an immediate notification with an upgrade link. After the upgrade the new limit applies within a second, without reloading.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, with one click in the Stripe customer portal. The plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to the free plan. No data is deleted.
What if a payment fails?
Everything keeps working for 7 days while you update the card. After that the account falls back to the free plan limits, your events and data stay.
Where are my data stored?
On servers in the EU. Texts of participants go to an AI provider only when you switch the AI features on.
